We received excellent service today at the Starbucks in Pickering on Kingston Road.
The time between caffe latte order and delivery was miniscule. Kudos to a well-trained barrista. There was a line-up at this location during our visit.
There are a number of working tables and some high bar tables at this location as well as comfortable armchairs.
On another occasion I was buying some Verismo pods and complained to the manager about the lack of milk pods. He was understanding and explained that the company had changed to a milk frother instead of selling the milk pods. We came to an arrangement that solved my problem in a reasonable fashion and I’m grateful for the customer service.
Parking here can occasionally be challenging. It’s a free lot and is a busy plaza.
