Pita Delites in Ajax has excellent shawarma and service, too.
This restaurant, in an aging plaza, is a casual place. Typically there is a line-up, but it goes fast.
You order on the far right and make your way among the toppings selections if you’ve ordered a sandwich (shawarma or falafel). Otherwise they prepare your meal and bring it to the cashier on the far left. You check out and find a table.
The people who work at Pita Delites in Ajax are so good with kids. I saw them customize a meal for a young picky eater.
They are also good at recognizing regulars and remembering their orders.
Have had the shwarma, souvlaki, lentil soup and a number of the appetizers and all have been great.
