To make up for a disaster of a hotel, we treated ourselves to a morning stop on our road trip at Einstein Bros Bagels in Pittsburgh.
Among a large number of choices, they create pretzel bagels (I love pretzels) which I had to order. We took a few more for the road.
They specialize in a flavoured cream cheese called “SHMEAR.” Which makes sense, since you shmear it on your bagel.
We found Einstein Bros Bagels in Pittsburgh had good consistent quality in their bagels. Everything we tried was delicious.
Will stop here again, perhaps at another of their locations, too.
