Blaze Pizza in Toronto will put a pizza in your hands in mere minutes. And it’s really good pizza, too.
We originally thought we’d have an hour for dinner, but the rain put us in unexpected traffic on our way downtown. In the end, we only had half an hour for dinner and were looking for something other than the usual chains.
We took a chance on Blaze Pizza in Toronto and were blown away.
Four things stand out most:
- the personalized service as they built our pizza
- the ultra-fast 180-second cooking time
- the selection of beverages (including aguas frescas)
- the delicious pizza
We loved the flavour in the red sauce base and the give and chew of the crust.
The pizzas are individual size, and if they’re too big you can always take the extra home. We split ours, but if you’re hungry you might want one each.
You can order delivery through Skip the Dishes.
A smiling, friendly worker, with pins on her cap, gave us suggestions on the drinks. We picked Blood Orange Lemonade after sampling two, as it was so good.
When the manager stopped by our table to ask us what we thought, we said we were hoping they’ll open one in our neighbourhood.
If you enjoy pizza, another good place to try is Marri’s Pizza in Long Beach.
Here are some other spots you may want to visit in Toronto.
Enjoyed March, 2017 and many times since then.
