We stopped in to Zoup! in Cambridge on a mini road trip to Southern Ontario. We found excellent service and great fresh flavour here.
I was a bit reluctant to go to a soup place on a hot summer day, but was swayed by the Yelp reviews on Zoup! in Cambridge – and the free brownie they offered.
We shared a whole 3-Cheese Pesto sandwich. It had melty cheeses, a soft toasted French bun, sliced tomato and just the right amount of pesto.
At the tasting bar (yes, there’s a tasting bar!) we fell in love with the cucumber gazpacho soup. I love cool gazpacho in the summer. We shared the smallest (“side”) size with a mini warmed sourdough roll.
We want to come back in winter for a hearty soup in a bread boule. Doesn’t that sound good?
We got the brownie to go as we were both full.
