Brock Street Espresso, a newly-opened coffee house, is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood. It adds something special to downtown Whitby, which is growing ever better with each new establishment.
The staff at Brock Street Espresso are knowledgeable and kind.
I ordered a decaffeinated caffe latte and then realized I’d forgotten something on my car. When I came back, I discovered that they’d not only made a beautiful coffee, they’d also brought it to my table for me.
Baked goods are available. I’ve eaten them so fast I forgot to take photos.
Their menu also includes some nice tea options.
One of the things I enjoyed most here is that the environment was quiet and calming. No piped in music.
Loved being able to relax, check out the book titles on a high shelf, and enjoy sipping my coffee in good company.
We came back for the grand opening and while we sipped our coffees we spoke to a family that buys their coffee beans here.
Brock Street Espresso has become a go-to place for me to attend local WordPress meetings at the big harvest table and meet up at smaller tables or in cozy armchairs with friends and clients.
