Great service at Belaggios in Pickering.
The Belaggios Meatball Sandwich was delicious and filling. Free topping of mushrooms was just the right amount. Not too overpowering. It was worth the extra $1 for Provolone. Next time I’d go with the white bun as I found the wheat bun a bit too dense for this sandwich.
Joe had the Calabrese Grilled Panini with prosciutto, salami, sweet peppers and mozzarella. Said it was really good.
The sandwiches were about $6.75.
We tried many of the gelato flavours at Belaggios in Pickering before we went home. Pink grapefruit, which I’ve never seen before, was excellent.
I bought a take home gelato container for $14.95 filled with salted caramel and chocolate peanut butter.
We enjoyed it and will go back again.
It’s in a convenient location off of Kingston Road (Highway 2), and close to the 401 Highway White’s Road exit.
